Mehmet Erktin has extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked 23 years at Tekfen Holding’s numerous worksites in Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Germany. He resigned from his position as Tekfen Holding Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Tekfen OZ Co., Inc., in May 2011 to become a co-founder of Omurga Real Estate Development Co.,Inc. Upon graduating from Robert College and Boğaziçi University School of Civil Engineering, Mehmet Erktin received a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Burak Divanlioglu , together with Serkan Borançılı, worked as a freelance architect on various construction projects from 1994 to 1998. He co-founded GittiGidiyor.com, Istanbul.net, UzmanTV.com and Cimri.com, Timsah.com, and Markopon projects in 2001, 2005, 2008, 2009, and 2010 respectively. He became an angel investor for Pabbuc.com in 2009, Indirdik.com in 2010, and Setrow and Yenimoda.com projects in 2011 prior to co-founding Omurga Real Estate Investment Co., Inc. in 2011. Burak Divanlıoğlu is a graduate of Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School and İ.T.Ü. School of Architecture.
Aydonat Atasever became the first investment partner of GittiGidiyor.com in 2002. He was among the co-founders of the Istanbul.net , UzmanTV.com and Cimri.com, Timsah.com, and Markopon projects in 2005, 2008, 2009, and 2010 respectively. He served as General Manager of Cimri.com during the years 2008-2011, and co-founded Omurga Real Estate Investment Co., Inc. in 2011. Aydonat Atasever is a graduate of İzmir Atatürk High School and İ.T.Ü. School of Architecture.
Oğuz Kösebay started his professional career at Tekfen Construction and Installation Co., Inc. as a project engineer. He later worked on various projects of Tekfen Real Estate Development Group, following its establishment in 2000. From 2006 – 2011 he held managerial positions in the business development, design and construction departments of Tekfen Real Estate Development and Investment Co., Inc. and Tekfen OZ Real Estate Development Co., Inc. He joined Omurga Real Estate Investment Co., Inc. in September 2011. He is a graduate of Dost Private High School and İ.T.Ü. School of Environmental Engineering .
Emre Sivrihisarlı holds a BA degree in Economics from Bosphorus University (1998), MSc degree in International Finance and Accounting from London School of Economics (1999), as well as an MBA from London Business School (2004). He started his career in 1999 in the corporate banking division of Citibank Turkey. After working in various financial institutions, he served as the general manager of a real estate development company between 2007 and 2013. Since 2023, he has been working as a fund manager at Tera Portföy A.Ş. before joining Omurga Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. in late 2024.
Murat Ergin is major shareholder ad Managing Director of Kuzeybatı, one of the leading commercial property brokerage/consultancy firms in Turkey. While at Kuzeybatı he offers local service either through in-house team or through affiliated Turkish service providers and international affiliates, with a global team. Kuzeybati was an international associate of Savills between, and was the only associate of international real estate consultant BNP PARIBAS Real Estate in Turkey.
He worked at Pfizer, multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer, as product manager and SYS Voice, Response manufacturer, as a partner.
Upon graduating from Robert College and Boğaziçi University School of Industrial Engineering, Murat Ergin received MBA from Bogazici University. He is certified valuation expert by Capital Market Board of Turkey.
