Emre Sivrihisarlı holds a BA degree in Economics from Bosphorus University (1998), MSc degree in International Finance and Accounting from London School of Economics (1999), as well as an MBA from London Business School (2004). He started his career in 1999 in the corporate banking division of Citibank Turkey. After working in various financial institutions, he served as the general manager of a real estate development company between 2007 and 2013.  Since 2023, he has been working as a fund manager at Tera Portföy A.Ş. before joining Omurga Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. in late 2024. 

Tamar Demir Yazgül began her career as a project design architect at Oda Design Ltd. in 2004. She worked on numerous projects from concept development to construction. In 2007, she joined Tekfen Real Estate Development and Investment Co., Inc. as an architectural designer, and was involved in the development, design, construction and marketing of various projects until 2013.

Tamar Demir Yazgül joined the Project Development and Marketing Department of Omurga Real Estate Investment Co., Inc. in 2013.

She graduated from Sahakyan Nunyan Armenian High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Project and Construction Management from İ.T.Ü.

İlhami Akkum has started his career in Saudi Arabia in 1984 at the construction contracting industry. He worked at Pegel Arabia, Topsit Inc./Nejat Sönmez, Kumagai Gumi’s Ciragan Palace Project, Acer Consultants’ Glaxo Gebze and Istanbul Light Rail Projects. His real estate debut was Koray’s Casaba Project. He worked as Yapi Kredi Koray, Finans and TSKB REIT’s Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager. He was appointed as Vice President – Real Estate for TAIB Investment Bank. He has joined OMURGA in September 2016 as Investment Director.
With a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Bogazici University and MSc from Istanbul Technical University, Ilhami Akkum is a part-time faculty member at ITU Graduate School’s Real Estate MSc Program. He is an Appraiser certified by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, a Project Management Professional accredited by PMI and a frequent speaker/panelist at industry events.

Alin Taşçı graduated from Sahakyan Nunyan Armenian High School and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Statistics at Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 2003. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University in 2010, followed by additional undergraduate degrees in Foreign Trade (2013), Human Resources Management (2016), and Capital Markets and Securities (2019) at the same institution.
Taşçı began her career in 2000 as a Store Manager at Dak Foreign Trade Company (Vit’net Dry Cleaning Systems), where she was responsible for store operations as well as management and organizational processes. In 2004, she joined Sa-Ma Jewelry, working in the Finance Department, where she gained experience in financial flows, credit management, and accounting processes.
In 2014, Taşçı joined Omurga Yapı Yatırımları, and since 2015 she has been working at Omurga Real Estate Portfolio Management Company within the Support Services Unit. After serving as Operations Supervisor, she currently holds the position of Inspection / Internal Control Manager.

Hayriye Şemşek began her career as an accounting officer at Hacıoğlu Company in 2012. In 2015, she took on the role of accounting supervisor at Sezen Türkoğlu Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Office. In 2019, she worked as a consultant for professional competency exams at AKG Investment Construction Company. Since February 2022, she has been serving as an accounting specialist at Omurga Real Estate Portfolio Management. Şemşek graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration and completed her master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing at Istanbul University. In 2024, she earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title, officially certifying her professional qualification.

Ezgi Sevim graduated from the Department of Architecture at Istanbul Technical University in 2021. In 2022, she enrolled in the Project and Construction Management master’s program at Istanbul Technical University, where she continues her studies.

She began her professional career in 2023 as an Investment Analyst at Omurga Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc. As of 2025, she continues her role as Operations Coordinator. She specializes in real estate and venture capital investments and takes an active role in investment analysis, valuation processes, and fund operations within the scope of REIF (Real Estate Investment Funds) and VCIF (Venture Capital Investment Funds) structures.
