In the Disclosure of Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Funds, regulated by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, effective July 1, 2014, the description concerning the types of real estate allowed for investment is as follows:
“All real estate such as land, parcels, residences, offices, shopping malls, hotels, logistic centers, warehouses, parks, hospitals may be purchased, sold, or rented for the purposes of capital gain or rental income.”
All real estate in line with the above are suitable for investment with the following conditions:
1) Only completed and existing real estate, in other words, those used or completed as residences, offices, shopping malls, warehouses etc.,
2) Properties with existing tenants or vacant properties with potential for immediate rental,
3) Land and parcels with zoning permits may be invested in.
Types of real estate we seek to invest in:
- Offices,
- Residences,

- Warehouses,
- Logistic Centers,
- Shopping Malls,
- Commercial lands (for offices,shop, malls,etc.),
- Residentail land,
- Industrial lands (for warehouses and logistic centers)
